Terms of Service

Please understand the following basic rules before using the platform:

• This platform is a B2B2C trading service platform for the Yunnan nut industry chain, providing enterprise display, product trading, inquiry and quotation services
• Users must be at least 18 years old or have a legitimate business entity qualification to register
• The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part or all of the services at any time
• Modifications to these terms will take effect upon publication on the platform; continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms

Regarding user account registration, use, and security:

• Users must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it promptly when changes occur
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their passwords and bear losses caused by password leakage
• Transferring, selling, or lending accounts is prohibited; each account is for personal or enterprise use only
• Users should immediately notify the platform and take security measures upon discovering unauthorized account use
• The platform reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or cancel accounts that violate these provisions

Enterprise users must comply with the following provisions in addition to general terms:

• Enterprise users must provide valid business licenses, production permits, and other qualification certificates
• Product information published by enterprises must be true and lawful; publishing false or infringing products is prohibited
• Enterprises are responsible for product quality and must fulfill after-sales service obligations
• Inquiry, quotation, and transaction activities between enterprises must comply with applicable laws and regulations
• The platform has the right to audit enterprise qualifications and remove non-compliant enterprises

Transactions on the platform must comply with the following rules:

• Product prices, specifications, and other information are subject to the page display at the time of transaction
• Orders once confirmed constitute a contract; both parties shall fulfill their obligations as agreed
• Payment methods are limited to those supported by the platform; funds are processed through secure channels
• Return and exchange policies are executed in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules
• As a transaction facilitator, the platform does not assume direct liability for breach of contract by either party

Rules for using the bulk procurement inquiry and quotation mechanism:

• Inquiry content must be true and clear, including product specifications, quantity, delivery requirements, and other key information
• Quotations must be submitted within the inquiry validity period and cannot be withdrawn once submitted
• Communication records through the platform may serve as transaction evidence
• Malicious inquiries, false quotations, and other behaviors that disrupt trading order are prohibited
• The platform has the right to restrict or penalize violations of inquiry or quotation rules

Regarding transaction payments and fund settlement:

• Supported payment methods include online payment, bank transfer, etc.
• Settlement cycles and methods are based on platform rules and mutual agreements
• The platform does not charge registration fees but may collect transaction service commissions
• Refunds will be returned to the user's payment account; processing time depends on the payment channel
• Users are responsible for their own taxes; the platform does not withhold transaction-related taxes

Regarding the liability of the platform and users:

• The platform is not directly liable for product quality, delivery timeliness, or other transaction performance matters
• The platform is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure
• Users bear losses caused by their violation of these terms or applicable laws
• The platform's cumulative liability is limited to the annual service fee actually paid by the user
• Users must not use the platform for illegal activities; the platform reserves the right to pursue legal action

Ownership and usage rules for intellectual property on the platform:

• Platform logos, interface design, system code, and other intellectual property belong to the platform
• Intellectual property of user-published content (product information, enterprise materials, etc.) belongs to the original rights holder
• Users grant the platform a non-transferable license to use and display published content within the scope of services
• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or transmission of protected content on the platform is prohibited
• Please report infringing behavior through the platform's complaint channel

Mechanism for handling transaction disputes and controversies:

• Transaction disputes should first be resolved through negotiation between the parties
• If negotiation fails, either party may request platform mediation
• If platform mediation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent people's court
• The applicable law is the law of the People's Republic of China
• The court with jurisdiction is the people's court at the platform's location

Conditions for account cancellation and service termination:

• Users may apply to cancel their accounts at any time; data will be retained or deleted according to regulations
• The platform has the right to unilaterally terminate services when users violate these terms
• After service termination, the platform has no obligation to retain user data
• Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to termination
• Accounts may not be re-registered using the same information after cancellation
